We’re a tiny but mighty team passionate about handcrafting meaningful pieces, made with care, calm, and the occasional cat nap.

While the beads may be our focus, the real magic comes from the paws behind the scenes.

Meet our beloved team members:

Alexei – Chief Purring Officer (CPO)
As Beadling’s official morale booster, Alexei takes his role very seriously (but also naps in the middle of it). He specializes in calming purrs, lap warmings, and strategic cuddles during tight deadlines. His presence ensures that peace and coziness are part of every creation.

Lily – Feline Resource Coordinator (FRC)
Lily oversees the well-being of the team with gentle head-butts and soft supervision. She’s a big believer in work-life balance especially the nap part and always ensures there’s enough time for stretching, snacks, and stepping directly on important paperwork.
